Child Safety Standards

Last updated August 2026

gaglee is an adults-only companion app. Every profile in the app is an AI-generated personality, not a real person, and users can only converse with these AI characters, never with other people. This page publishes our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and explains how we prevent, detect, report, and act on it.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This applies to every surface of gaglee: user accounts, user messages, AI-generated conversations, AI-generated profiles and images, and any content uploaded to or produced by our systems.

Prevention and enforcement

In-app reporting

Users can report any conversation or profile from inside the app (from a chat: the menu → Report). Reports are reviewed by our team. Child-safety reports are prioritized ahead of all other queues.

Reporting to authorities

When we identify apparent CSAM or CSAE activity, we preserve the evidence, terminate the account, and report to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and regional authorities such as the Indian National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, in line with applicable law.

Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws in the regions where gaglee operates and review these standards regularly. This page is publicly available and is not user-editable.
